MGH型电动葫芦门式起重机依据JB/T5663标准所设计、制造；本产品适用于加工车间、造船加工区、料场、货场装卸搬运物料，如配用电动抓斗或电磁吸盘也可吊运散粒物料或铁屑、钢块等物品；本机与MH型电动葫芦门式起重机相比，有运行稳定更安全可靠的优点。
本产品起重量一般为5t,10t，16/3t、20/5t、32/5t，50/10t。
跨度为12～35m，工作级别为A3～A5级。
主要特点：
1.本机主要由双主梁门架，大车运行机构、小车及电气设备所组成。门架中主梁、支腿、横粱均采用箱型板结构梁。
2.小车起升机采用单速或双速钢丝绳葫芦，一般为A2座式安装形式。
3.大车运行机构采用立式套装减速器，分别驱动；小车运行采用“三合一”硬齿面减速器，大小车均可变频调速。
4.小车导电为异型槽或工字钢扁电缆滑车导电，整机供电一般采用圆铜滑线供电或电缆卷筒供电。
5.操纵方式有地面按钮把操纵、地面遥控操纵或司机室操纵，三种方式可选择。
MGH gantry crane, based on JB/T5663 standard，is applicable to work in processing workshops，shipyard ptants and storage yards. Equipped with electrical grab or electromagnet ,it can convey granular materials,scrap iron and other materials.
Compared with MH gantry crane．it is safe,stable and reliable.

Main features：
1. The machine is mainly composed of double-girder gantry． travelling mechanism ,trolley and electrical system. Girders,legs and beams of the gantry are all boxed.
2. Hoisting mechanism of trolley adopts electric wire rope hoist with 1-speed or 2-speed . Its installation type is A2.
3. Travelling mechanism adopt vertical reducer，which is driven respectively. Trolley adopts "three-in-one”hardened reducer. Both adopt variable frequency for speed adjustment.
4. Trolley electricity is conducted by slot-shaped or I-shaped slip- pulleys with flat cables. Power supply of the crane generally dopts circula r-coppered slip-line or winding drum.
5. There are three type of manipulation for choice：ground wired button control, remote control or cab’s. |
