造船门式起重机依据CB/T8521标准所设计、制造；是一种大起重量、大跨度、大起升高度、多功能的门式起重机，适用于造船行业作业区、船坞、船台、货场进行大型船体分段制作、船体对接、翻转及组装作业。本产品起重量、跨度、起升高度根据用户需要而确定，工作级别一般为A5～A6级。

主要特点：
    1.本机主要由门架结构、上小车、下小车、大车运行结构、维修悬臂吊、电梯及电气系统所组成。
    2.门架有单主梁型或双主梁型，刚性支腿有单柱型或双柱型。
    3.上小车设有双主钩，分别置于主梁两外侧，下小车设有主、付两钩置于主梁中下方，上、下小车可以相互穿越作业。
    4.大车运行机构采用多组台车轮组，多分别驱动形式。
    5.各机构均可采用变频调速。
    6.设有安全可靠的防风装置。

    Shipyard gantry crane，based on CB/T8521 standard， has advantages of large lifting capacity, large span,large hoisting height and multi-purposes.  It is applicable to work in shipyard industry for the whole manufacturing process of large-sized ships such as merging, reversing and assembly.
    Lifting capacity, span and hoisting height of this crane can be designed and manufactured in accordance with users’ requirements. Its classification group is A5～A6.

Main features：
    1. The machine is mainly composed of gantry．Upper trolley, lower trolley,travelling mechanism cantilever crane for maintenance elevator and electrical system.
    2. Gantry  is  either  single-girder-type or double-girder-type.  Rigid leg  is  either  single-columned or double-columned.
    3. Upper trolley is equipped with two main hooks that  lies respectively in both sides of main girder. Lower trolley is equipped with a main hook and an auxiliary  hook that are placed below the center of the main girder. The upper trolleys and lower trolleys can work  through each other.
    4. Travelling mechanism adopts a lot of bogies,which are driven respectively.
    5. Variable f requency for speed adjustment is used in  each mechanism.
    6. Safe and reliable windproof devices are equipped.
