MDG型通用门式起重机依据GB/T14406-2011标准所设计、制造；本产品适用于机械加工、冶金、矿山、造船、车站、港口码头等各行业，露天加工区、仓库、货场装卸和搬运物料．本产品与MG型通用门式起重机相比，具有自重轻，作业空间大．造价低的明显优点。
    本系列产品起重量为5t、10t、16/3.2t、20/5t、32/5t，跨度为18～35m，工作级别般为A3～A5级。

主要特点
    1.本机主要由L型桥架结构、大车运行机构、起重小车及电气设备所组成。
    2.桥架结构中，主梁、两支腿、两下横梁均采用箱形焊接板结构；单腿结构的L型支腿增大了作业空间。
    3.大车运行机构采用立式套装减速器的分别驱动形式，根据轮压可采用台车轮组；小车运行20t及下采用垂直反轨轮，32t采用采用水平反轨轮。
    4.小车导电采用异型槽或工宇钢扁电缆滑车导电；整机供电一般采用铜滑线或电缆卷筒供电。
    5.各机构可采用电阻器调速或变频调速。
    6.各主要电器设备均安装在单独的电器室内；操纵方式一般为司机室联动台操纵：司机室内可安装冷暖风机或空调、对讲机等。

    MDG single-girder gantry crane based on GB/T14406-2011 standard，is applicable to conveying materials in open-air warehouses，storageya rds mines ports and so on. Compared with MG crane，it has obvious advantages of light weight ,large operating space and low cost.

Main features：
    1. The machine is mainly composed of L-shaped bridge  travelling mechanism, trolley and electrical system.
    2. Main frames are box-welded. L-shaped leg increases the operating space.
    3. Travelling mechanism adopts vertical reducer which is driven respectively.  Whether bogie is applied or not is  decided by wheel pressu re.  In general  the capacity of lifting  load is not more than 20t, vertica reverse-guided whee is applied to keep the balance of trolley，while reaching 32t, level reverse-guided wheel is needed.
    4. Cable pulley with Slot-shaped or I-beam track is for electrical conduct of crane trolley and circular-coppe red slip-line or cable drum is for the whole crane’s.
    5. Resistor or variable frequency for speed adjustment is applied in each mechanism.
    6. In general the manipulation is closed cab’s control，if necessary, air condtioner(or air-cooler)and walkie—talkie can be equipped. All major electrical equipments are  installed in separate room.
